Not able to book hotel with personal credit card

I am booking a Hotel (Only hotel, no flight), using my personal credit card.

It is not booking the Hotel.

It is failing with error

@isukapaswere you able to get this booked. I recommend calling your company's travel agency when an error like this occurs.
