mobile app says no default browser detected

I am working as IT in my company. We are putting the SAP Concur on our devices and we are getting these error message.

I found this discussion post about it.

It says the fix action is to do it have the browser downloaded on both the personal and work profile.

We only have a work profile on our devices, so everything is downloaded onto that one.

We reached out to our MDM and they don't think it is on their end, but is looking into it.
