iPhone app stuck on "authenticating"

As title mentions, iPhone concur app is stuck on authenticating. Even if I force close the app, and re-open. Also uninstalled the app, and now when logging in says "The Server encountered an error".

Also an Android issue, so system wide. Hopefully resolved soon!
