Where is the Manager on Approval Chain?

等内容er approval (the names) don't show up any more on my past reports in Concur?

Report Details>Audit Trail does not show Manager name.

Where can I find historical copies of names to approvals as it only says 'auto approval' now for all expenses dating back to 2017. Any help is appreciated.

Hi@redcloudai

I just checked the audit trail for some user reports from last year and I could see the approver names where the expense report was approved by someone.

Note: We do have some optional steps in our workflow that are skipped normally. These will show Auto Approved and the user will be system user.

Hope this helps.

Best regards,
Rohan

Hi, under the updated section- is that an approver name that goes there (the blacked item) ? I am asking who approves the expenses-if it is not an auto approve. Bc I think I see my name and I can't approve my own reports.

@redcloudaiyou have a lot of reports submitted since 2017 so I randomly selected one and I do see an approvers name listed. I think that the amount of the report determines if the system auto-approvers. I looked at one of your reports that had a total of $75 and it was auto-approved. I looked at a report that had a total of over $800 and that is where I saw an approvers name. Keep in mind that who approves your reports is determined by your company and sometimes they don't necessarily have your direct manager approving, depending on the report.

Thank you,

I just looked back to 2017 and I see what you the report you reference. In prior versions an email copy was sent to my email that said sent to xxx for approval and then approved by xx and xx. For those same expenses (I'm at the same company and in the same department) the manager names no longer show. Is it a system glitch? Before every expense requested show a chain of approval. This is new. Many thanks.

Hi Kevin. I have another question. Is it possible to have a late fee from 2017 that carries over into current day? I have an expense report that was filed late.Vendor invoiced 60 days vs immediate. Is is possible I would not be aware of that late fee for 6 years?
