When can I expect payment?

I submitted a mileage expense back on October 5th and it was immediately approved by my manager. When can I expect payment for this expense?

@dcosciabecause our customers have different timelines for how and when they reimburse, we cannot really know when you will receive payment. I suggest asking your manager or reach out to either your Finance, Accounting or Payroll departments.

I checked the audit trail and it says it could not be paid back on Oct. 6th because my bank info had not been entered. I entered it 2 weeks ago, how do I get this sent for payment again?
