I have the below unknown expense in my concur system

Can you please tell me what this is as there is no receipt sent to me.

@karaoe1usually American Express Initiated Activity is a late fee or some other fee from AMEX. Your corporate card should have a number on the back to call. I would give them a call and see exactly what the charge was if you don't believe you should have any late fees or any other fees from AMEX.

at looks like the initial fee for an Amex card or an expedited fee to send the card overnight. The card admin would be able to advise, especially if you recently received the card.
