TripLog upload

Using TripLog for the first time but when. I upload a report to Concur the expense gets transported over but not the miles. There is a warning in TripLog that the upload failed. Anyone any tips please? Thanks

@JMoSAAPI've not ever used TripLog so maybe someone else here on the community has to provide some assistance. In my experience, I've just manually calculated my miles and entered them since using an app or automated mile tracking didn't quite work accurately for me.
