SAP Concur Overbudget error sign

Hello all,

I have a client who is trying to submit an expense and she is getting an error code saying she is over budget. She is adding an expense for $800 and her budget is set at $2000. Can you someone help me with this?

@apatel2196has she submitted any other expenses this year or quarter? Maybe that is why she is over budget.
