SAP同意移动应用密码重置not work

Hello,

I am trying to reset my password for the mobile app. I get the password reset link from Concur, but when I click on it, I get the "something went wrong page". I have tried this twice already both with the same result.

Is there anything else I can do?

@Sbenzekrythe mobile app password doesn't have a reset option because the username and password is the same as what you would use for the web version of SAP Concur. Just want to clarify that for those who might read this post and think there is a different username and password for the mobile app.

So, are you not able to sign in on the web/desktop version of SAP Concur?

Yes I can log in the desktop version of Concur. We have a link directly from our Intranet (HPE).

To my knowledge we do not have SSO. I know it works, because it did for many years before covid.
