Restricting 1 claim a month

Hi there,

Our company policy is that employees can only submit 1 expense claim a month. May I know if any rule can allow us to set it in Concur?

@evelynyimOut of the box, there is not a way to prevent more than one report per month.

You would need to add the Report Start Date and Report End Date to the report header than create an audit rule based on these fields and one based on Dates Overlapping. This is the closest you can get. Also, educating your users will go along way.
