Report Help

I'm trying to create a report that will show the names of the delegate that approved various reports over the past year. I'm only finding a field that will provide the name of a current delegate, if that person is still a delegate for the employee....nothing historical for approved reports. Am I overlooking something?

The name of the delegate approving an expense report is recorded in the audit trail for the expense report. Try looking at the output of the standard Concur intelligence report "Workflow Cycle Times - Details" as a start.

The details of the delegates maintained on employee profile are not stored in Concur.
