Per diem implementation

Hi Team,

Need guidance on how to implement per diem. I have a requirement for Singapore market where I need to enter fixed per diem rate for travel in singapore, international travel in malaysia , inter city travel in malaysia and travel to india. Can you please let me know the exact steps I need to follow

Thanks. As I should use the new travel allowance configuration so is this something I can assign manually in rate bundle or its needed via travel allowance import only?
