Pending Legal Compliance Review

I submitted a payment to a Governmental Agency on 07/01/22. The Expense Report has been sitting in "Pending Legal Compliance Review" since that time. I resubmitted the Expense Report on 09/01/22 to see if that would get someone's attention at Amazon, but it did not.
