New User UI - End USer Training Docs / Videos?

Where would I find training materials, videos(?) - for the new user UI? I saw some, but they seem to be the old UI. Hoping to find something users can self-serve, brief by section of Concur. Any help is greatly appreciated.

When will this be updated on the Training Site? Hasn't the new UI been completely rolled out?
