Hello! I'm interested to hear what other companies are doing in regards to international cellphone expenses/stipends/reimbursements/policies. We have multiple employees who are incurring additional fees beyond the stipend they're provided on a monthly basis.
Currently, in addition to the stipend, we offer $10/travel day (or currency equivalent) for international roaming/service fees.
We previously provided work issued cellphones, but have since ceased that program.
