I cannot input my bank information. Every time I clicked the Bank Information section this error appears: "An unexpected error occurred. Please try again later or contact your administrator."

Hello,

There are a few moving parts, but I would consider the most common cause being a mismatch between how the payment batches are configured compared to the user profile. Check with your admin to confirm the Employee's Reimbursement Currency, Country of Residence, and Group assigned match an available Batch.
