CA submittion limit

Hi All,

I have a client requirement for CA to limit the submittion of the employee to 3 CA's only. is it possible in Concur?

Hi@LovelyAsmolo,

To my knowledge this is not possible in Concur. If it's really needed, I assume that you can build a custom logic using APIs.

As cash advances need to be issued by an administrator, perhaps you can put in a place a process to establish the desired limit.

@LovelyAsmolois there a time frame? Three CAs per month, per year?

Off the top of my head, I don't think there is a way to prevent this, but I'll look around.:slightly_smiling_face:

[Edited] I looked around. Audit rules only can have conditions based on the Cash Advance conditions below.
