Amex Points

Hi, My Amex synced with my Amazon account. How do I expense this. It shows a charge and a credit and will not let me hit submit. I listed everything as personal expense.

@MJJif there is a charge and a credit, no need to mark them as personal because the amounts zero each other out.

At my company, the charge and the credit would both need to be marked as personal so that anyone glancing at either item can immediately see that there is no effort to have the company pay the Amazon charge. You could, though, delete them both if they're billed on the same statement.

As for your current difficulty, I would look back and make sure all of the required fields are filled in. Marking a charge as personal does not override those.
